Fresco Adhesive Silicone Sheets are Class I medical devices that help improve skin recovery from all types of scars or burns.
They are effective for recent and old scars and burns, as well as for the treatment and prevention of keloids and hypertrophic scars. They act in two ways. On the one hand, occlusion reduces transdermal water loss and keeps the skin hydrated. On the other hand, reducing the tension of the affected area limits the movement of the skin, due to the adhesive action of the silicone.
